About yoga teacher:
"My history in yoga began at the university (2006), where we were taught some elements to improve flexibility. By education, I am a teacher-choreographer. But these were the very first steps. After a while, already working in the theater of modern dance (2008), I received a serious injury, due to which, for some time I had to forget about choreography. Fortunately, I met an experienced yoga therapist who decided to restore me. And it worked! It worked so that I decided to do yoga more seriously.
Therefore, since 2009 I attended classes and seminars of various teachers of the Yoga Federation.
In 2009 I went to a seminar on hatha yoga and Ayurveda in Gokarna, Karnataka, India.
In India, I practiced Kriya-Yoga with Swami Ji Sai Divyanand. Attended Petr Ryasyanin's seminars (Finland) “In-depth study of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga” and “Adjustment” - coached by David Robson “Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga”.
Attended seminars of various Russian teachers of Hatha Yoga: Konstantinov M.N. (AVY), Frolov A. (Pranayama and Yoga-therapy for spine and joints), Yanchuk N. (Shatkarma), Gracheva A. (Hatha Yoga).
In 2011-2012 took a course for teachers of Hatha Yoga at Ashtanga Yoga Center and the Institute of Traditional Health Systems.
Received certificates of a teacher of "Perinatal Yoga".
At the same time, I fell in love with yoga hammocks by Christopher Harrison and successfully passed his training seminars on Antigravity Fundamental Yoga 1, 2 and Stretching.
Yoga has become my life.
Since 2010, I have been conducting classes in primary and secondary level groups, as well as conducting individual classes and visiting yoga workshops.
In my classes, I also include breathing practices. Much attention is paid to the asanas detuning, as well as to deep relaxation.
I build lessons on the principles of "Ha" - power and "Tha" - relaxing aspects and use a holistic approach.
I like to teach. I like to see how people gradually begin to “return to themselves”, rejuvenate. I like being a guide and partner in their journey.
