Fitness tour with above coaches we conduct on yearly basis, and it's a pleasure to see that many guests return to Bali to take part in their training, strengthen the health and see more beautiful places.

Brief Info:
Daily fitness training, excursions to waterfalls, temples, parks, snorkeling, diving, dolphin watching.
The fitness training program starts on October 26,  but we recommend to arrive in Bali one day beforehand - if the timing of your arrival appropriate, a transfer can be combined with a sightseeing tour.

Other variants of accommodation available upon request (single room, family bungalow, 2-bedroom villa).
Transfers, excursions expenses to be shared between participants to cut the cost. 

Daily training program usually starts at 6 am with jogging or Nordic walking alongside the streets of Bondalem village.
TRX training - pilates - stretching training before breakfast.
Swimming, snorkeling before lunch (if we are not at the excursion tour) 
Yoga-antigravity or Dance classes in the evening.

Sightseeing tours :
Bali waterfalls: Sekumpul, Yeh Mampeh, Aling-ALing.
Ancient temples and  "places of power".
Picturesque sceneries of rice terraces.
Astonishing sunrise views from the volcanoes.
Diving, snorkeling, dolphin tour.

We do not provide a daily itinerary, as all sightseeing tours to be discussed and planned by participants on daily basis.
